In this position, you play a vital role in navigating a supportive environment and setting an example by showcasing adaptive life skills. You work closely with the House Manager and are an integral part of our collaborative therapeutic team. Your responsibilities include on-site management in the assigned residence, which involves monitoring, ensuring quality assurance, training staff, and scheduling personnel.
We understand that the children under your care rely on you for their safety and welfare, and we take this responsibility very seriously. To support you in your role, you receive supervision and training from the House Manager or Residential Director.
