Crystal Springs Inc. is seeking a full-time Assistant Children's House Manager for our residential facility in Assonet, MA. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.00 to $26.50 with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Flexibility in schedule to meet the needs of those served, plus opportunities for professional development and growth within a nonprofit setting. Background checks and TB tests are required for employment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Associate degree or 2+ years of college with 1+ year human service experience, plus supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma plus 2+ years of human service experience, plus 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site management in the assigned residence, monitoring quality assurance, training staff and scheduling personnel.
• Work closely with the House Manager and integral therapeutic team to support residents.
• Supervise and train staff, ensure safety and welfare of children, and provide supervision and training from House Manager or Residential Director.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

In this position, you play a vital role in navigating a supportive environment and setting an example by showcasing adaptive life skills. You work closely with the House Manager and are an integral part of our collaborative therapeutic team. Your responsibilities include on-site management in the assigned residence, which involves monitoring, ensuring quality assurance, training staff, and scheduling personnel.

We understand that the children under your care rely on you for their safety and welfare, and we take this responsibility very seriously. To support you in your role, you receive supervision and training from the House Manager or Residential Director.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• A valid driver's license

And one of the two:

• Associate degree or 2+ years of equivalent college experience with 1+ years of human service experience, particularly with children or adolescents, along with 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred in any field or,
• High school diploma plus 2+ years of human service experience, particularly with children or adolescents plus 1+ years of supervisory experience in any field preferred
