Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children in need? We invite you to join Crystal Springs Inc. as a Children's Program Residential Counselor in Assonet, MA. The position is full‑time or part‑time and requires a mandatory one‑week training program with a schedule of Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

As a Residential Counselor, you will help students overcome challenges and reach goals for independence. Key duties include:

• Developing personal hygiene and cooking skills.
• Managing households effectively and fostering meaningful friendships.
• Promoting health practices, facilitating recreational activities, and encouraging community involvement.
• Providing compassionate guidance and individualized support to maximize students’ potential.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Capable of remaining awake during overnight shifts to ensure safety.
• Available to work holidays, weekends, and flexible schedules.
• Able to perform activities of daily living and physical interventions as necessary.

Compensation

Base pay starts at $18.50 per hour, increasing to $22 per hour with experience. Shift differentials:

• Up to $3 per hour for weekend shifts.
• Up to $2 per hour for evening shifts.
• Up to $1 per hour for overnight shifts.

Additional education and experience incentives are available for relevant degrees, certifications such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and years of experience.
