The ACNO will support the CNO in executive management of resources, strategic planning, and program development to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical governance, and collaboration across nursing and healthcare teams to foster excellence and innovation in patient care.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field OR enrollment in Master's program required.
• 5+ years of supervisory nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in state(s) of practice or active compact license.

Responsabilidades

• Assists CNO in formulating policies; ensures alignment with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Performs regular rounds to enhance communication and oversight of operations.
• Promotes continuous performance improvement to measure and improve quality of care.
• Maintains patient-first service philosophy and engages in service recovery when needed.
• Provides leadership to nursing staff to improve engagement and retention.
• Leads projects and collaborations to drive system improvements.
