Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field or current enrollment in Masters program is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory nursing role is required.
• 5+ years of direct leadership in a hospital or patient care environment is required.

Responsabilités

• Assists CNO in formulating policies/procedures aligned with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Performs regular rounds to enhance communication, align operations, and foster an exceptional patient experience.
• Leads continuous performance improvement initiatives to measure and improve quality of care.
• Ensures follow-up to patient complaints and incidents and implements corrective actions.
• Assists in developing and managing the nursing budget and staffing plans.
