Job summary

Abrazo Scottsdale Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to lead nursing practice, patient care services, quality outcomes, and workforce engagement across the campus.

The ACNO will champion clinical excellence, develop high-performing teams, and foster physician collaboration, while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required; AZ RN licensure or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred (Nursing, Healthcare Admin, MBA, MPH).
• Preferred certifications: NEA-BC, CENP, Lean Six Sigma, Patient Safety.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership, change management, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for nursing operations and clinical practice.
• Foster physician collaboration and interprofessional teamwork.
• Drive quality, safety, regulatory readiness, and patient experience.
• Lead workforce engagement, succession planning, and talent development.
