Job summary

PAM Health Beaumont wishes to attract a proactive Assistant Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing services across the hospital, ensuring top-quality patient care and alignment with PAM Health policies. The ACNO will guide staffing, clinical governance, and performance initiatives.

The role requires RN licensure in good standing, a preferred bachelor degree, and at least five years of clinical nursing with three years in management, plus current BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

• Must possess RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience and three (3) years in nursing management.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all nursing service activities for the hospital assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios.
• Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care.
• Serve as a liaison between staff and administration; promote productivity of staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system standards.
