Job Summary: Develop, implement, and manage emergency programs, operations & maintenance of all equipment, structures, and landscaping in compliance with standards, codes, and regulations to protect assets, guests, and employees, ensuring optimal operations, minimizing expenses, and maximizing guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years engineering experience with 3 years in management preferred
• High School Diploma required; higher education preferred
• Vocational training or experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Carpentry required

Job Essentials:

1. People: Foster a positive work environment, support team development, and improve performance.
2. Training: Ensure comprehensive training and documentation for all team members.
3. PM Program: Implement and maintain a documented preventative maintenance program.
4. Communication & Follow-Up: Maintain effective communication and timely follow-up on issues.
5. Guest Satisfaction & QA: Maintain scores at or above brand average and ensure quality standards are met.
6. Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety certifications, emergency procedures, and legal compliance.
7. Expense & Contract Management: Control departmental expenses and review service contracts annually.
8. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain clean work areas and perform routine repairs.

Other Requirements: Computer literacy, effective communication, emergency awareness, legal knowledge, and ability to work under varying schedules, including holidays and weekends. Must be physically capable of lifting 25-50 lbs and working in extreme temperatures.
