Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to join our hotel maintenance team in Orlando. The role involves assisting the Chief Engineer with coordinating maintenance, basic repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and pool operations to ensure high-quality guest service.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hotel maintenance experience and some supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience in a hotel or related field.
• One year of supervising staff preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations, and general maintenance skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Engineer in coordinating maintenance operations.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and inspections of guest rooms.
• Maintain proper chemical levels in pool and spa areas per health codes.
• Ensure routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as required.
• Assist with vendor relations, logs, and department protocols.
• Address guest requests and prioritize work orders.
• Inspect property to identify current and future needs.
