Job summary

Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a Comfort Suites property in Orlando, FL. The role supports the Chief Engineer with upkeep of the hotel, basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and grounds care.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hotel maintenance experience, is physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, and holds a valid driver’s license. The position is full-time, on-site, with comprehensive benefits and paid weekly compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel maintenance experience.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs, painting, wall covering, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Maintain pool and spa areas and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas; manage log entries for maintenance.
• Assist Chief Engineer with daily operations and inspections.
