Buffalo Lodging Associates’ Home2 Suites by Hilton near UCF in Orlando is seeking an entry-level, part-time Maintenance Assistant. The role assists the Chief Engineer with basic repair work, painting, plumbing, electrical tasks, pool operations, and preventive maintenance, ensuring guest areas stay safe and clean.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on building maintenance experience, can lift up to 75 lbs, and holds a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills are required.
• At least 2 years of building and hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, lift up to 75 lbs and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repair work, painting, wall covering, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Maintain pool and spa areas and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Clean and maintain internal building areas and parking lot; operate and maintain equipment.
