Responsibilities

• Support management of Property Operations.
• Supervise repair work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Administer property policies Fairly and consistently.
• Plan, schedule and evaluate preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with associates.
• Oversee engineering and related areas in the Director's absence.
• Manage physical plant including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems.
• Ensure regular communication about business objectives and performance.
• Direct additional services and equipment purchases as needed.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of Engineering and related departments.
• Inspect facilities and maintain logs/records as required.
