Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in building trades across plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk for long periods.
• 3–5 years experience in commercial building maintenance and related skills.
• HS diploma desirable.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering/wallpaper/tiling, locksmithing, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Desirable: communicating verbally and in writing; meeting productivity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain equipment and facilities by applying building trade skills.
• Requisition replacement parts for repairs and document actions taken.
• Take work orders from dispatcher, complete jobs and record results.
• Answer phones, pagers, and two-way radios.
