Job summary

The position offers a base pay range of $82,000 to $86,000 with bonus eligibility, and requires high school or GED plus substantial engineering/maintenance experience, with HVAC-R

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years in engineering and maintenance.
• 2-year degree in Building/Engineering or related field with two years of related experience.
• HVAC-R, electrical and plumbing technical training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises distribution of repair work orders.
• Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently.
• Plans, schedules and evaluates preventative maintenance programs.
• Manages engineering and related areas in the director's absence.
• Oversees the physical plant including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems.
• Maintains open communication with associates about objectives and performance.
• Coordinates for additional services and replacement of furnishings/equipment.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of Engineering and related departments.
