Job summary

Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems. You will support energy management and ensure guest comfort while upholding brand standards.

The role requires at least two years' HVAC experience in hospitality, EPA Type II certification, and strong English communication. A safe, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as HVAC technician in hospitality or service industry.
• EPA certification with Type II or better.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment.
• Repair and service HVAC and refrigeration systems to minimize downtime.
• Monitor EMS and energy usage to optimize comfort and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and inventories.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions to management.
