Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management, or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in building engineering with 3+ years in leadership.
• Expert knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.
• Experience managing operating budgets and capital projects in commercial real estate environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance standards.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, BAS, and vertical transport.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment life and energy efficiency.
• Manage capital improvement projects from conception through completion, including scope, budget, and QA.
• Coordinate with property management and vendors to ensure timely tenant service and compliance.
