Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Engineer in daily operations and vendor management.
• Review monthly service requests and address recurring issues.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for building systems.
• Inspect systems to ensure operation within normal parameters.
• Maintain inventory and procure tools and materials as needed.
• Lead and train workers and subcontractors to achieve objectives.
