Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of related experience.
• HVAC universal certification is appreciated but not required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in a critical environment.
• Experience in shift management or supervision preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance background.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, assign work orders and train staff.
• Review service summaries and fix recurrent operational issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for machinery and systems.
• Inspect systems to ensure normal operation.
• Maintain inventory and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Perform repairs and document maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate required support.
• Apply advanced knowledge to improve methods and outcomes.
• Lead by example and mentor others across disciplines.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders.
