Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Assistant Chief Building Engineer in downtown Denver, CO. The role requires EPA Universal certification and the ability to obtain Boiler or Refrigeration Operator certificates; Stationary Engineer license is a plus.

You will lead the supervision of mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems across office and commercial properties. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience at a managerial level and a High School education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical, plumbing and HVAC equipment and facility finishes.

• Operate and maintain HVAC and energy management computer systems.
• Prepare working sketches from blueprints and schematics.

Job Summary

We are searching for an Assistant Chief Building Engineer in downtown Denver, CO. Candidates should have experience with facilities engineering for office, commercial, educational or industrial properties. Candidates must have a Universal EPA Certification and have or be able to obtain either a Boiler Operator or Refrigeration Operator Certificate . A Stationary Engineer license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
