Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Assistant Chief Building Engineer in downtown Denver, CO. The role requires EPA Universal certification and the ability to obtain Boiler or Refrigeration Operator certificates; Stationary Engineer license is a plus.

You will lead the supervision of mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems across office and commercial properties. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience at a managerial level and a High School education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical, plumbing and HVAC equipment and facility finishes.
• Supervise provision of client utility services including compressed air, water, and drains.
• Coordinate with Operations staff to schedule engineering maintenance and client services.
• Operate and maintain HVAC and energy management computer systems.
• Prepare working sketches from blueprints and schematics.
