Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multi-service or specialty store environment.
• Availability: Full-time with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Leadership or management experience in a professional setting is required.
• Experience with Excel/Word; Zenoti is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to achieve sales goals.
• Lead guest interactions to ensure a memorable brand experience.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust plans to drive record results.
• Mentor associates on career paths and communication skills.
• Partner with the Center Manager on local marketing ideas and interviewing future hires.
