European Wax Center in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists. You will drive sales, guest retention, and KPI performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations, plus coaching staff and maintaining health and safety standards in alignment with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Growth mindset is key!
