Mathnasium of Berryessa is seeking an Assistant Center Director to join our team. You will support sales, enroll students, and help deliver personalized math instruction in a friendly center environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales and marketing responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Build relationships with schools as part of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Lead, manage, and coach team members, delivering individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Support the Center Director in day‑to‑day operations and various administrative projects.
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
• Help monitor and grow center profitability and student success.
