Job summary

Mathnasium in Lexington, MA is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead instructors and support the Center Director, driving math learning and daily operations with a focus on outreach to families and local schools.

You will use technology to tailor learning plans and foster a positive, engaging environment for K-12 students, while growing professionally in a team-oriented center.

• Teaching or tutoring experience with Kumon, Sylvan, or Huntington a plus.
• Demonstrated mastery of math (advanced placement).
• Experience teaching math in a K-12, college, or professional environment.

• Actively manage inbound sales funnel leads and improve conversion rates.
• Take ownership of Google Business Profile and Microsite content.
• Monitor enrollments and manage payments throughout the year.
• Participate in community events with schools and stakeholders.
• Seek professional growth to advance leadership skills.
