Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking an Assistant Math Learning Center Director to support the Center Director in driving student progress and enrollment. The role offers consistent after-school and weekend hours, with a focus on customer service, coaching staff, and delivering effective small-group instruction.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer relationships or sales, a passion for math, and a willingness to learn and be trained in our curriculum and teaching approach.

Qualifications

• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing customized learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
