Job summary

Mathnasium of Berryessa is seeking a Center Director to act as general manager of the center, overseeing sales, enrollment, and daily operations. You will coach team members and drive student progress while building strong relationships with families, schools, and the community.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and delivering the Mathnasium Method™ instruction in a group setting. We value passion for math and a customer-focused mindset to foster growth.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Build relationships with schools as part of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Lead, manage, and coach team members, including delivering individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage day-to-day operations in the center, including various administrative projects.
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
• Monitor and grow center performance metrics, including revenue and student success.

Job Responsibilities:

As Center Director of Mathnasium of Berryessa, you will act as general manager of the center, including ownership of the following:

• Sales and marketing responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Build relationships with schools as part of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives
• Lead, manage, and coach team members, including how to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations in the center, including various administrative projects and tasks
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
• Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including revenue, profitability and student success

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
• Previous team management experience preferred
• Passion for math and working with students
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
