Job summary

Mathnasium of Berryessa in San Jose, CA, is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead enrollment, student progress, and day-to-day center operations.

You will coach and develop staff, build partnerships with families and local schools, drive marketing initiatives, and monitor profitability while delivering exceptional math instruction and customer service. • Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Build relationships with schools as part of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives
• Lead, manage, and coach team members, including how to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Support the Center Director in managing and overseeing day‑to‑day operations in the center, including various administrative projects and tasks
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
• Help monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
