Little Newtons - Maple Grove seeks an Assistant Center Director to lead childcare operations on-site, ensuring safety and licensing compliance while growing enrollment. You will cultivate relationships with staff, families and the community, hire and support teachers, and oversee records and daily tasks to keep classrooms thriving.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and multitasking, with a focus on reducing turnover and maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• BA, BS, or Master’s degree in early education preferred but not required.
• Prior managerial/leadership experience in a child care setting.
• Proven track record of growing school enrollment.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Outstanding customer service skills, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and handle a variety of situations effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
