Job summary

Little Newtons in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead a dedicated team and uphold the highest licensing and safety standards in our childcare program. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required; we value creativity and strong management skills to grow enrollment and support families.

CPR and First Aid certification are encouraged, and excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or Master’s in early education preferred but not required
• Prior managerial/leadership experience in a child care setting
• Proven track record of growing school enrollment
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask
