Job summary

New Creations Child Care in Crocus Hill is seeking a full-time Assistant Director to oversee the operation and instructional leadership of the center, ensuring all standards are maintained and that the positive development of the children is promoted.

You will provide leadership for staff, build rapport with families and the community, assist in classrooms when needed, and drive efforts to promote the center and increase enrollment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field.
• 5 years of teaching experience with young children.
• 1 year of management or leadership experience.
• Strong background in licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Assistant Director

Full job description. New Creations Child Care is expanding and is seeking a full-time Assistant Director at our Crocus Hill location. As the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for the operation and instructional leadership of the center. You will be accountable for all operational aspects of the center and will ensure that all standards are maintained and that the positive development of the children is promoted.

Providing leadership for staff and working to build a rapport with the families, children, and staff along with assisting in the classrooms when needed is critical. You will maintain adherence to our mission of bringing the best and most trusted early childhood education and childcare services to families in our community.

We are seeking individuals who are energetic, creative, organized, problem solvers, a team player, have excellent communication skills, and have a vision for the center's future.
