Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks an Assistant Director to support center leadership, staff, families, and enrollment goals. You will collaborate with the Center Director to uphold our curriculum, accreditation processes, and daily operations while advocating high-quality early education.

You will educate parents, teachers, and leaders on the value of early childhood education and bring that value to life for children in the center.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift and move and to work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
• Serve in multiple roles within the center as needed.
