Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead teaching staff, support families, and achieve enrollment and operational goals. You will work with the Center Director to uphold our curriculum, accreditation processes, and community partnerships.

This role involves communicating with parents, supervising staff, and filling multiple center roles as needed. If you are passionate about early childhood education and building a strong, nurturing center, we want to hear

Qualifications

• 2+ years in early childhood education or equivalent
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Able to meet state-specific guidelines for the role
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and working indoors/outdoors

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and operations
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners
• Fill multiple center roles as needed (teacher, cook, driver)
