KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director in leading teaching staff, families, enrollment, accreditation, and operations.

You will collaborate with parents, state licensing authorities, and partners to deliver high-quality early childhood education, while guiding staff and maintaining a safe, engaging environment for children and families every day.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of early childhood education experience with developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong administrative, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
