Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking an Assistant Case Manager II to support Case Managers in scheduling, reception, records maintenance, and coordination with hospital clinics and Tribal Health Organizations. The role trains Assistant Case Manager I staff and performs under supervision to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in case management or healthcare coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of privacy laws and patient data handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers with scheduling, reception, and records maintenance.
• Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up after provider visits.
• Assist with routine referrals, scheduling diagnostic studies and travel/housing arrangements.
• Support department leadership in Cerner and field schedules and maintain schedules.
