Job summary

Northeast Alternatives seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume cannabis retail location in Seekonk, MA. This full-time role focuses on sales execution, coaching, guest experience, and compliance.

You will manage labor, drive KPI targets, ensure menu accuracy, and mentor budtenders while acting as Store Manager when needed. A proven leadership track and ability to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience; high-volume or regulated retail preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to execute and influence KPI-driven performance.
• Strong coaching, communication, and floor leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute store-level performance standards on every shift and pay period.
• Lead the sales floor to drive conversion, basket size, and throughput.
• Identify underperformance and correct through coaching, redeployment, or escalation.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences through direct floor leadership and coaching.
• Maintain 100% regulatory compliance at all times.
• Open and close the store in accordance with security and compliance protocols.
