  • Generate and track new Google reviews bi-weekly through consistent guest engagement.
  • Maintain a positive Google rating through service recovery, coaching, and accountability.
Payroll & Labor Discipline
  • Execute schedules and staffing plans to ensure bi-weekly payroll does not exceed budgets.
  • Monitor productivity, breaks, and floor coverage throughout each shift.
  • Escalate labor risks proactively to the Store Manager.
Menu & Inventory Execution
  • Ensure 100% of menu par expectations are met every shift and every day.
  • Verify in-store and online menu accuracy at the start and end of each shift.
  • Communicate inventory risks immediately to prevent lost sales.
Marketing Data Accuracy
  • Ensure marketing forms are accurately and completely captured for every transaction, every shift.
  • Coach budtenders on proper data entry and reinforce accountability.
  • Report trends and gaps to Store Manager and Marketing partners.
Loyalty Program Growth
  • Drive 100% achievement of bi-weekly loyalty sign-up goals.
  • Coach budtenders on loyalty value proposition and enrollment execution.
  • Track performance by individual and shift, correcting gaps immediately.
Coaching & Performance Development
  • Coach and train all underperforming budtenders (those not meeting KPIs) on the NEALT sales process.
  • Document coaching interactions and elevate continued underperformance to the Store Manager.
  • Support corrective action plans and retraining as needed.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Maintain 100% regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Support ongoing team training and corrective action related to compliance.
  • Open and close the store in accordance with security and compliance protocols when scheduled.
Leadership & Operational Responsibilities
  • Act as Manager on Duty, setting the tone for urgency, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Lead daily shift huddles to communicate:
  • Sales goals
  • Product priorities
  • KPI expectations
