Responsibilities

KeyStone Center, located in Chester, Pennsylvania, offers substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment for adults. We are located five miles south of the Philadelphia Airport, making our facility an easy location to travel to and from, for out-of-state treatment options and visitors.

The Assistant Business Office Manager is responsible for the following:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the billing department, including claims submission, eligibility verification, coding, payment posting, and accounts receivable management.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely billing for all services provided.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant health-care regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer guidelines.

Qualifications

Education:

An Associates Degree required or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years in a medical billing environment.
