Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site, full-time Assistant to the Business Manager for multifamily communities. The role oversees leasing, administrative duties, property operations, and staff supervision, ensuring professional standards and timely reporting.
As part of this team, you will support occupancy goals, manage rent processes, coordinate maintenance, and uphold compliance. This position requires availability Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri and Sat, with opportunities for growth within the property

Responsible as an assistant to and under the supervision of the Business Manager for all phases of the operation of an apartment community, including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the community is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring availability Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
