Assistant Business Controller: As an Assistant Business Controller, you will act as a key financial liaison between internal teams - such as General Ledger, Revenue, and Contracts and client-facing groups, including Sales and Client Alignment. This highly collaborative and operational role emphasizes financial analysis, data interpretation, and cross-functional communication. You will interact daily with clients and internal stakeholders to address financial inquiries, review contracts, conduct variance analysis, and support change requests. As you grow in the role, you will take on greater ownership of client communications and begin leading financial review meetings with business leaders. Proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI is essential, as the role involves working with large data sets, building reports, and presenting actionable insights. A strong foundation in financial operations, accounting principles, and effective communication skills is key to success.

Preferred

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• At least 1 year business controller work experience
• At least 1 year enterprise resources planning (ERP) platform such as Financial Force work experience
• At least 1 year software revenue recognition and accounting for multiple element arrangements work experience
• At least 1 year private and public accounting sector work experience; including "Big Four" firm audit #LI-HN1
