Netsmart is seeking a diligent pricing quote analyst to partner with internal Sales, Sales Support, and external vendors to produce accurate, timely price quotes for clients and prospects.

In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams to deliver a high volume of moderately complex quotes, coach associates, and ensure pricing policies and contractual terms align with company standards, while supporting revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance, accounting or business operations and analysis.
• Strong financial analysis, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate across organizational functions.
• Professionalism with internal and external customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsible for collaborating with internal Sales and Sales Support teams as well as external vendors to produce accurate, precise and timely price quotes for clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales associates to deliver a high volume of moderately complex sales quotes on time and with a high degree of accuracy
• Coach and support sales associates to deliver timely, accurate and professional sales quotes for a range of product lines, ensuring finance, business, legal and professional services requirements are met while optimizing revenue
• Monitor, investigate and promptly resolve open client sales orders that fall outside normal pricing guidelines
• Analyze, document, communicate and process contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard
• Deliver training to key stakeholders (e.g. sales, sales operations, deal desk) on quoting and sales tools, pricing policy, changes, and releases supporting product launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in finance, accounting or business operations and analysis
• Excellent financial analysis, business writing, and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across organizational functions
• High level of professionalism with internal and external customers
• High attention to detail with excellent organization skills

Preferred

• Proficient Excel skills
• Salesforce.com work experience
• Price desk experience in the software industry
