Overview

This is an opportunity to join a growing team of skilled, experienced brewing professionals, as such we are seeking experienced brewers for this role.

Responsibilities

As a Brewery Technician, you will primarily work the brewhouse, centrifuge and execute day to day cellar operations. This position plays a fundamental role in total beer quality and is a key contributor to successful production department outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years Brewery operations experience
• Complete Understanding of the Brewing Process, Measuring and Testing
• Wort Production Experience
• Brewery Facility and Equipment Sanitation Experience
• Centrifuge Operating Experience
• Canning and Kegging Experience

Compensation

$30/hr

Shifts

• 5 x 8 hour shifts per week
• Availability to work days, nights and swing shifts required
• Assigned shifts subject to change
