Job summary

LG H&H Americas is expanding its brand team and seeks an Assistant Brand Manager who will support the development and execution of category brand strategy across channels. The ABM collaborates with HQ GBU, Sales, L&D and other teams to drive growth for LG H&H brands in beauty and personal care.

The role emphasizes data-informed experimentation, cross-functional teamwork, and building a fan base through innovative tactics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive, successful experience in product development and/or brand marketing.
• Experience marketing in a digital-first environment (social media, e-commerce, analytics).
• Experience working with major specialty retailers (e.g., Sephora, Ulta) preferred.
• Strong data-driven decision making in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies and collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Support development of a rolling product innovation calendar.
• Guide portfolio evolution using data, consumer insights, and product expertise.
• Lead end-to-end brand management from concept to go-to-market.
