LG H&H Americas is seeking a Senior Manager, Amazon Growth & eCommerce to lead strategy and execution for LG H&H USA's Amazon business, driving revenue, profitability, market share, and brand equity across beauty and personal care products.

You will own growth strategy, optimize media, expand assortment, and align with commercial and brand objectives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and adept at influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• 6+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing with direct ownership of Amazon.
• Minimum 5 years managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Amazon growth strategy across LG H&H USA brands.
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning, including forecasts and pricing.
• Oversee Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central operations for health and performance.
• Drive product portfolio optimization and catalog management.
• Lead Amazon advertising strategy and performance metrics.
