Job summary

LG H&H Americas, a division of LG H&H, is seeking an Intern in Influencer Marketing to support LG Beauty, The Crème Shop, and The Avon Company. You will help grow brand awareness through creative, data-driven outreach and collaboration across teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with influencer gifting, content creation, and platform management, including Tribe Dynamics and Statusphere, with a focus on developing relationships with creators and measuring impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or Advertising from an accredited college.
• 0-2 years of experience in related field.
• Experience with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
• Experience with image/video editing software is a plus.
• Ability to work well with cross functional partners with little oversight.
• Demonstrated passion for social media and content creation.
• Active social media presence.
• Experience in or highly interested in beauty.

Responsibilities

• Support organic influencer gifting across LG H&H brands by identifying creators, coordinating outreach, and managing shipments.
• Help grow and maintain a pool of influencers, tracking key moments and maintaining relationships.
• Aid in execution of internal influencer giftings and manage in-office gifting inventory.
• Track and audit the internal influencer network regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the organization and upkeep of influencer platforms such as Tribe Dynamics and Statusphere.
