Job summary

LG H&H Americas is seeking a Senior Manager for Amazon Growth & eCommerce to lead the strategy and execution of our Amazon business in the US beauty portfolio. You will own growth strategy, optimize media investments, expand product assortment, and enhance consumer experience while aligning with global objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven leader with deep Amazon expertise, capable of influencing stakeholders, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in eCommerce, digital commerce, retail media, or digital marketing with direct Amazon ownership.
• 5+ years managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Amazon growth strategy across LG H&H USA brands.
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning including forecasts, assortment, pricing and promotions.
• Identify marketplace trends and new growth initiatives to maximize performance.
• Oversee Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central operations and catalog management.
• Lead Amazon advertising strategy across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP.
• Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to align demand planning and inventory.
