SRS Distribution, Inc. in Green, OH seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in delivering efficient operations and superior customer service.

You will help manage warehouse workflows, drive revenue growth, and develop a high-performing team across drivers and inside sales. Responsibilities include financial oversight, reporting, and strategic planning to enhance profitability while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a warehouse, distribution, or supervisory/assistant management role; 5+ years in a relevant industry preferred.
• Experience in building materials, roofing, or related industry preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug screening.
• OSHA 30 hour certification and forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in optimizing warehouse and branch operations for productivity and efficiency.
• Assist in achieving branch revenue and profitability targets through sales strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, including warehouse personnel, drivers, and inside sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate on strategic planning to drive branch growth and operational excellence.
• Generate and review branch performance reports, including financial results and staffing forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to safety, policies, and compliance across operations.
