Orange County's Federal Credit Union (OCFCU) is hiring a Relationship Banker at the Chino Branch. You will blend service, sales, and problem-solving to help members navigate their financial journeys.

The role requires 2+ years in banking, cross-selling experience, and the ability to work Mondays through Saturdays, with typical 8 AM–6:30 PM weekdays and 8 AM–2:30 PM Saturdays. Spanish fluency is preferred and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union
• Hands-on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending
• 2+ years cross-selling and referring financial products
• Clear, friendly communication—professional yet approachable
• Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms
• Monday–Saturday availability
• Weekdays between 8 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8 AM–2:30 PM

As a Relationship/Personal Banker/Member Service Representative (MSR), you’re more than the face of the branch—you’re a trusted financial partner. You’ll blend service, sales, and problem‑solving to help members confidently navigate their financial journeys.

You’ll bring:

Member Service Rep IV – $23.00–$25.00 per hour

Senior Rep. I - II - $25.50 - $27.00 per hour
