• Genuine interest in pursuing branch management.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, follow‑ups, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross‑sell products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loans, tax services, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, tax documents, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and compliant tax documentation; balance cash and deliver deposits.
• Shadow the Branch Manager and participate in day‑to‑day decision making.
• Take on stretch opportunities, mentoring teammates and supporting goals.
