Job summary

Labor Finders of Brooksville, FL is seeking an assistant branch manager to support daily branch operations, inside sales activity, and staffing execution within a single profit center. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will collaborate with office staff to ensure processes run smoothly and objectives are met.

The role covers office administration, recruiting, payroll processing, and customer support, with an emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timely staffing.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with at least two years of office or administrative experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software programs.
• Experience in inside sales or customer account support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day‑to‑day branch operations to ensure branch and corporate objectives are met
• Assisting with customer and employee interactions to support service quality and relationship management
• Identifying staffing needs and supporting recruiting, screening, and placement of temporary employees
• Coordinating employee assignments and maintaining accurate staffing records
• Supporting recruiting activities, including applicant intake and screening
• Processing payroll and invoicing accurately
• Maintaining employee files, data, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
