Job summary

RWC Building Products in Colorado seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations and provide leadership across administrative functions. The role supports the Branch Manager, coordinates AR and purchasing activities, and ensures accurate shipping, receiving, and banking processes.

The position requires effective communication, training of new staff, and adherence to safety policies. A collaborative environment with competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform all job functions in a safe and efficient manner in line with safety policies.
• Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and focus on the customer.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Backup to Branch Manager in their absence and assume all responsibilities.
• Manage AR customer bill payments and pre-pay accounts.
• Receive store purchase orders and confirm accompanying sales documents.
• Oversee direct tile purchase orders for the branch.
• Ship/receive transfer shipments for the branch.
• Maintain cash reports and banking during daily operations.
• Mentor and train new employees.
