Responsibilities

• Direct, develop, motivate and coach branch staff to achieve objectives.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating employees; ensure performance issues are addressed.
• Represent the branch in relationships with coworkers, members, sponsor organizations and community groups.
• Prepare and submit standard reports; participate in management meetings.
• Monitor branch activities for policy and security compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
